Location used for an active Safety Session, interaction records, messages, evidence, proof records and Safety Circle permissions. Location is not made public by default.
We use safeguards appropriate to the service. Retention depends on purpose, legal needs and account settings. Contact support@afindy.com for access, deletion or privacy questions.
Some services may involve third-party providers and cross-border processing where applicable. AFINDY does not claim certifications or regulatory approvals that have not been obtained. Users may have rights under applicable law.
