AFINDY is operated by ELONZYA COMPANY LIMITED. By creating an account or using AFINDY, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be legally permitted to use AFINDY in your location.
What AFINDY does
AFINDY provides tools that may help people and organizations establish greater trust before, during, and after real-world or digital interactions. Depending on the service, AFINDY may support identity verification, safer interactions, evidence records, listings, declared transaction metadata, and community safety. NIA is PROVIDER_UNAVAILABLE; Ghana Police is NOT_CONNECTED.
AFINDY does not guarantee that a person, listing, transaction, payment, statement, or outcome is safe, truthful, lawful, or risk-free. Verification is not a guarantee of intent, character, performance, or future conduct.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, use the platform lawfully, respect other people, and do not misuse safety, evidence, reporting, identity or communication features.
Records and limitations
AFINDY may create records of consent, activity, declared amounts, handover, completion, evidence, and moderation actions. A record or cryptographic hash can help show what was stored or changed; it does not by itself prove truth, legal admissibility, or a person's identity.
